Returns and Exchanges


Returns Policy:

 
Our customers enjoy a No Questions Asked Returns Policy. So they can return any item that they do not like. However, the following conditions apply:

    1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
     
      2. Customer has to inform us about the return by mailing us at contact@deara.in within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please email the following details:
       
      a. DEARA Order Id
      b. Name of the customer
      c. Item(s) which customer wants to return
      d. Reason for returning (Optional)

       

              3. There are two ways of returning an item

                3.1  Return Pick-up (available for most pin-codes)

                Once a request for return email is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request and courier service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days. The courier service representative will issue a courier slip with tracking ID when the item is picked up.

                3.2  Self Return :

      If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area or if you choose to return the item yourself, You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice within 3 days of receiving the item.

            4. Please remember that the customer is responsible for the returned item till it reaches us. Once the item to be returned is shipped (handed over to the courier company), the customer should email us at contact@deara.in the following shipping details:
             
            a. Name of the Shipper (Courier Company)
            b. Date of Shipment
            c. Tracking Id of the Shipment
             
             
            5. Customer will have to bear all the charges for the return. The returned item will be accepted if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by the customer.

             

            6. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Customers will receive store credit for the entire amount of the returned item, if they meet the terms and conditions set above.

             

            7. There is no expiry date for the store credit and it can be used at any time in the future.

                

            Exchange Policy:

            If the customer wants to exchange the item they have received with another piece of the same type (due to defects in the item that they have received), then they can follow the same process as indicated above for a return. Please indicate in your email that you want an 'Exchange'.

            We will try to replace the defective piece with another piece of the same type to the extent possible. If we cannot provide you the same model again, then we will provide you store credit that you can use at any time in the future.

            Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
